Payment and delivery

Shipping

 

Shipping in Ukraine is made by “Nova Poshta” LLC, and international shipments – by DHL expresses.

 

The seller provides goods to the carrier (Nova Poshta, DHL expresses) within three working days from the date of receipt of payment subject to their availability.

 

Delivery time by the carrier (Nova Poshta, DHL expresses) within Ukraine is usually 1 to 5 working days, delivery time abroad depends on the customers region.

 

The seller is not liable for delay of delivery time and/or loss of goods due to the carrier’s fault (Nova Poshta, DHL expresses). The customer shall file any claims regarding violation of delivery terms, loss and/or damage to the goods directly to the carrier (Nova Poshta).

 

Shipping is paid together with the goods through the web-site, and it is fixed for all regions of Ukraine – free (up to 5 kg of goods). This cost includes freight by the carrier (Nova Poshta) and packaging/transfer of goods to the carrier by the seller. Shipping cost outside Ukraine is based on the region of delivery in accordance with applicable tariffs as below:

Europe – 600 hryvna

 

USA and Canada – 750 hryvna

 

Other countries – 900 hryvna

 

Payment

 

The customer pays for the goods by card (VISA or Master Card) online inclusive of any fee or commission of the payment service provider.

 

The bank is responsible for recording and security of payment card data. A non-cash transaction is considered to be made upon crediting of funds in the amount of the goods’ cost to the Seller’s account.

We do not refund or exchange any international purchases.

Payment terms

Upon payment by the seller, the Parties are deemed to conclude the Purchaser Agreement by accepting the relevant order. Material terms herein are the cost of the goods, payment and delivery terms, and terms and conditions hereunder which were accepted by the Buyer at the time of payment.

The buyer receives an additional confirmation to the email address given during payment.

The list of goods that are not subject to shipping abroad can be found under the product card at bren.ua.

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, underwear and hosiery is not subject to exchange or return.
